I currently accept BCBS PPO and Medicare Part B plans.  I'm happy to check your benefits for BCBS or Medicare. Some insurance plans do offer out-of network benefits and you can call the number on your card for more info.

You do not need a referral for private insurance like BCBS or self- pay. Medicare does require a physician referral.
