FAQ's
Q:
A:
I only pee a little with cough or sneeze, should I still come in?
Yes! While a little incontinence during or after pregnancy is quite common, it is not normal. Why keep having wet pants when there are non-invasive treatments we can do to resolve it? Plus, things often get worse with additional pregnancies or during menopause so it is best to address the issue now.

I didn't have time for PT when my kids were young and now it's been many years. Is there still hope for me?
Yes! I believe there is always room for improvement. Studies show that we can gain muscle mass with exercise at any age. If you have more time and energy to devote to your health now, it's a great time for physical therapy.

Will Physical Therapy Hurt?
I strive to help relieve your pain, not cause more. I'm not a big fan of agressive techniques or the 'No Pain, No Gain' attitude. However, it is not uncommon, to have mild soreness after a new technique or new exercise.

Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral for private insurance like BCBS or self- pay. Medicare does require a physician referral.
